HOW TO BECOME A BRATZ BIZ SPONSOR
Bratz Biz is successful because of the support it receives from many community-minded sponsors and the dedication of the young participants, their families, and of course, volunteers. Bratz Biz is a not for profit venture organized and run by volunteers. We would not exist without our amazing sponsors … some have been with us since day one.
How to support Bratz Biz:
Your Sponsorship Money Goes to Venue rental, orientation and craft fair; insurance; table and equipment rental; advertising & printing; general operating costs. We offer different levels of sponsorship (gold, platinum and feature) – click on the PDFs to learn more.
In Kind Sponsorship – Gift Baskets
You or your business can donate an item or gift certificate to be included in one of our themed gift baskets. Each year we assemble 10-15 baskets by combining donated items to make up substantial prizes. All of the baskets have a label listing the name of every business. The door prize raffle is one of the highlights of the event and accounts for 25 % of our fundraising budget. All of our in-kind sponsors will be recognized on a sponsor banner at the event, in a newspaper thank you, and on our website. Each year Bratz Biz endeavors to donate a portion of the raffle proceeds to a local charity.
Sponsorship donations cover almost 60% of the Bratz Biz operating expenses. An invoice will be issued so that your donation may be claimed as an advertising expense. All sponsors’ names will appear on a sponsorship board at the event and in a newspaper thank you add. Depending on the level of sponsorship, sponsors’ names will appear on posters and on our website.
Our goal is to “promote the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of young artisans.” Bratz Biz is something that the whole community looks forward to and it continues to serve as a valuable learning experience for young entrepreneurs giving them a venue to sell their creations, earn some money and learn a little bit about business. Some Bratz Biz vendors have used the skills they have learned to start their own home based businesses and are earning a part time income. We feel that this is an amazing opportunity that fills a necessary niche for the youth in our community
