The Fizz Factory began in the Summer of 2015 at Bratz Biz with the Whistler Kids Festival. Andrzej and his sister Oliwja make bath bombs in the shapes of eggs and hide toys inside. They began crafting making bath bombs as a family for fun, and to encourage the kids to count and measure.
Bath bombs are bath time fun! Therapeutic and fun, the magic egg bath bombs bubble and fizz when added to water releasing a wonderful smell from natural essential oils and revealing a toy figurine. The epsom salts, baking soda and natural oils are safe, moisturizing and gentle on skin.
Andrzej is on the Autism Spectrum and Bratz Biz provides a great learning opportunity. As mom Darcey puts it:
“ Bratz Biz was an amazing experience and Andrzej loved counting money and change, as well as learned to speak to others and start conversations. We have been a part of Bratz Biz ever since in the 2015 and 2016 Winter fairs, as well as selling the bath bombs online on Esty.”
What does Andrzej like best about Bratz Biz and owning his own business?
“Its super fun and I get to do it with my sister and cousins.”
Bratz Biz 2017 is back for its 12th year at the Arts Whistler Holiday Market on
Saturday Nov 25th 10am – 6pm
Sunday Nov 26th 10am- 4pm,
at the Whistler Conference Centre.
